We aim to all to despatch all orders within 48 hours and with our free standard delivery to UK customers your order should be with you within a total of 5 working days.

If you need your Fitz cufflinks in a hurry, there is an express delivery option in the UK which costs £5 and will we do our best to get your order to you within 2 working days.

Deliveries outside the UK (Worldwide Delivery) are charged at £5 per delivery address.

We always endeavour to get your order to you within the time described, however events beyond our control may prevent this. If we know your delivery is going to be delayed, we will inform you by email.

Please contact us if you have any specific delivery requirements and we will try to accommodate any request.

We hope you are happy with your Fitz cufflinks. The finish is created by a process that replicates the action of glass being tumbled on a beach, so there is a natural variation in the amount of wear on each cufflink. We inspect each one to make sure it is up to standard, but if they are not up to your standards – please let us know.

If you need to return an item for any reason please contact us first. Our unconditional guarantee applies to all items purchased within 14 days in their original packaging. We ask you to pay the postage to return the items to us, but we will post out exchange items free of charge. We always try to process refunds as quickly as possible, but it can take up to 30 days.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights (such your rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000).
