how to order

The online order process has the following steps:

• add any the products you wish to purchase to the shopping bag
• proceed to the checkout
• enter your billing address and choose your delivery option
• you can specify a different delivery address and write a short message
• before confirming your order, you will have the opportunity to review it
• you will then be transferred to the PayPal, who handle our payments

You will receive a confirmation e-mail from us and PayPal when you have completed your order.

If you have specified a different delivery address the invoice details will not be sent to that address.

making payment

Our online payments are handled by PayPal who accept a wide range of debit and credit cards, as well as PayPal accounts.

If you wish to pay by cheque, please make them payable to Fitz and send them to the address above. We will wait for payment to clear before despatching your order.
